Exchange Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you need to exchange a product, please review our exchange policy below:

Eligibility for Exchange

  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories.
  • Exchanges are allowed only in cases of:
    • Manufacturing defects
    • Damaged product during transit
    • Incorrect item delivered


Exchange Process

  • Email us at support@oaltev.com with your order ID, reason for exchange, and photos/videos of the issue.
  • Our team will review your request and respond within 48 hours.
  • If approved, we will arrange pickup or guide you on how to send the product back.
  • A replacement product will be shipped once we receive and inspect the original item.
  • If the requested product for exchange is unavailable, we may offer an alternative product of equal value or store credit, as applicable.


Pickup & Replacement:

  • Once approved, we will arrange pickup (if serviceable) or guide you through the return shipping process.
  • A replacement product will be shipped after the returned item passes quality inspection.

 

 Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Used or damaged products not caused by manufacturing faults
  • Items returned without original packaging or accessories
  • Custom orders or personalized products


Other Terms

  • Exchange approval is subject to inspection and verification by Oalt EV.
  • We reserve the right to reject exchange requests that do not meet the above conditions.
