Exchange Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you need to exchange a product, please review our exchange policy below:
Eligibility for Exchange
- Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- Product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories.
- Exchanges are allowed only in cases of:
- Manufacturing defects
- Damaged product during transit
- Incorrect item delivered
Exchange Process
- Email us at support@oaltev.com with your order ID, reason for exchange, and photos/videos of the issue.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 48 hours.
- If approved, we will arrange pickup or guide you on how to send the product back.
- A replacement product will be shipped once we receive and inspect the original item.
- If the requested product for exchange is unavailable, we may offer an alternative product of equal value or store credit, as applicable.
Pickup & Replacement:
- Once approved, we will arrange pickup (if serviceable) or guide you through the return shipping process.
- A replacement product will be shipped after the returned item passes quality inspection.
Non-Exchangeable Items
- Used or damaged products not caused by manufacturing faults
- Items returned without original packaging or accessories
- Custom orders or personalized products
Other Terms
- Exchange approval is subject to inspection and verification by Oalt EV.
- We reserve the right to reject exchange requests that do not meet the above conditions.
