Return Eligibility Criteria
You may initiate a return under the following conditions:
- The product received is defective, damaged, incorrect, or incomplete.
- The return request is made within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.
- The product must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- Returned with original packaging, manuals, warranty cards, accessories, and invoice
- Not damaged or altered after delivery
Note: Items that show signs of usage, wear and tear, or physical damage will not be eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Products
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used electric cycles or accessories
- Products damaged due to customer mishandling, accidents, or unauthorized modifications
- Items returned without original packaging and documentation
- Custom-built or personalized items
- Free items, promotional gifts, or bundled offers
Return Request Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Provide Details: Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos or videos showing the product condition and problem.
- Evaluation: Our support team will review your request and provide instructions for pickup or return shipping, based on the case.
- Pickup or Self-Ship:
- For serviceable areas, we will arrange a pickup via our courier partner.
- In non-serviceable locations, you may be required to ship the product back to our warehouse. Return shipping costs in such cases may be reimbursed upon receipt and verification.
Product Inspection & Approval
Once the returned item reaches our warehouse, it undergoes a quality inspection process:
- If the product passes the inspection, the return is approved and the refund process is initiated.
- If the product fails inspection (e.g., used, damaged, or missing components), it will be returned back to the customer, and no refund will be issued.
Refund Terms
Upon successful inspection and approval of the returned item:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, etc.) within 7–10 business days.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, bank account details will be collected to process the refund via NEFT or IMPS.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item shipped).
- Refund status updates will be communicated via email/SMS.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. To cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at support@oaltev.com.
- Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process upon delivery.
Exchange Policy
If you would like to exchange a product instead of returning it:
- Follow the same steps as mentioned above for return requests.
- Exchange is subject to availability of the replacement item.
- In the case of price differences, the balance amount will be adjusted before processing the exchange.
